Covid-19 Update and the Winter Semester

The Concordia Community Solidarity Co-operative Bookstore is proud to do our part in supporting students, staff, and community members during COVID-19. With the pandemic closing campus and our storefront, our team decided it was necessary that for August and September, we needed to lower costs to properly support students during this chaotic time. As the chaos continues, we wanted to inform our community that will continue our online store for the winter semester as well.

All textbooks and course texts will be sold as e-copies for the rest of the 2020-2021 school year.

Transitioning to working at home has been tough for our little bookstore, but our employees have adapted to provide you as many services available for the Fall semester as possible. Our team is available throughout the week to assist you with any problems you might have navigating online purchases. Email will be our only form of communication as everyone continues to work remotely but please do not hesitate to reach out. We are standing by ready to assist in whatever way we can.

We will also plan on hosting online book launches throughout the campus closure to help you connect with authors and the literary community in Montreal, visit our site to stay updated.

And remember, no matter how far away you might be right now we are all still a community!

In solidarity,

the bookstore team.
