The Co-op Bookstore traditionally hires through the Work Study Program at the beginning of every academic year. Once we receive approval of our project(s) via the Work Study Program, these employment opportunities are then posted and available via the Program’s job posting website. We also publicize vacancies and call outs for application on our website and social media.
The timeline we normally follow is that we conduct interviews in July; make hiring decisions before the end of July; training starts at the beginning of August; and contracts run from August to April in any given academic year.
